Based on the results of the model calculations, the production of A2 milk proved to generate more favourable profitability indicators under the examined conditions compared to conventional A1 milk production. The premium market price combined with direct sales channels significantly increased production value, net income, and income per working hour. The findings suggest that product differentiation and sales innovation play a key role in strengthening the economic stability of small-scale dairy farms.
