Views on organisational change among individual management types

The success of adaptation to environmental changes is fundamentally influenced by management views on organisational change. Using questionnaire-based research, we determined the four characteristic management types, which can be found during operational reorganisations in agricultural business circles. With this knowledge we can determine more specifically the implementation related to various changes in the organisational change process of the agricultural economy, for example, the governance level tasks of developing an economic network.
