Average wheat production forecast by plot (advantages of using a new production function)

On the basis of a large (Bavarian) data compilation (covering 612 anonymous farms in the form of authentic plot cultivation records) and using modern methods of mathematical statistics (regression analysis, factor analysis), we developed new production functions. These are suitable for determining (as the final result, i.e. as the basic variable) any other variable, by taking any variable as the independent variable and any variable as the dependent one, in which calculation all variables belonging to the other side are taken into account. For example, we want to know the expected yield if one or other independent variables (fertilizer, pesticides, cultivation techniques, etc.) are used. Each independent variable is included.
