The necessity of paradigm change in agriculture is indicated by the spread of lacto-vegetarian forms of diet, which affects the production of basic row materials, the environment, the social aspects, the relationship of poor and wealth, developed and developing countries, the income of farmers and decline of food production plants. The placement of nature and environmental protection, global climate change to the forefront are equally important and challenging factors.
