The success of the farm using 300 mother goats depended on the reduction of production costs including especially that of fodder and others (electricity, milk testing, rent, etc) and the moderation of taxes and dues on labour costs. On the income side selling of milk and goat kid apart merchandising goat cheese is increasingly popular. As for the future it is essential to assess the risk factors and local development opportunities and to bring the attention of consumers to the favourable health effects of goat milk and cheese.
