Exploiting the opportunity for domestic green power production and utilisation could contribute to a reduction in Hungary’s dependence on energy imports, while helping farmers and inhabitants living in disadvantageous social and production circumstances to access a new source of income generation.
Effective production and utilisation of biomass requires the organisation and practical application of a knowledge, the transmission of which would best be served by the establishment and operation of a Green Power Consultancy Service (ZETA), operating within the framework of an adequate organisational system. ZETA would be a producer-oriented consultancy service, dedicated to serving the increased effectiveness of biomass producers and service-providers – in a manner that takes into account the businesses’ differing situations.
